Ingredients

  • 3 Large Red Bell Peppers

  • 1 Green Large Bell Pepper

  • 1/2 Pitted Calamata or Gaeta Olives

  • 1 Clove of Garlic Peeled

  • 1 Tablespoon of Cappers Salted or Unsalted

  • 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil

  • 1/4 Cup of Chopped Parsley (Optional)

  • 1 Cup of Water

  • 8 1 inch Slices of Bread

  • 1 Burrata

  • Salt to taste

Directions

  • Start by washing the bell peppers thoroughly. Cut off the tops, remove the seeds, and slice them into 1/2-inch thick strips.Cutting the bell peppers in slices
