✨ Cozy Pea Soup (Zuppa di Piselli) ✨

A warm, comforting bowl ready in under 30 minutes. Sweet peas, sautéed onion, pancetta, white wine & a Parmesan rind for extra flavor 💚

Recipe:
Sauté 1 chopped onion + diced pancetta in olive oil until soft.
Add 3 tbsp white wine and let it reduce.
Stir in 2 cups peas, 1 cup veggie broth, black pepper, salt + Parmigiano rind.
Simmer 10–12 min.
Blend fully (creamy) or pulse (chunky).
Garnish with Parmesan Cheese + cracked pepper.

Perfect with crusty bread ✨
