Ingredients

  • 3 lb 1.5 Chicken Tighs and Drumsticks

  • 3 tbsp 40 g Extra Virgin Olive Oil

  • 1 lb 500 g Yellow Potatoes

  • 1 1 Lemon

  • 1/3 cup 80 ml Dry White Wine

  • 4 4 Rosemary springs

  • 2 tbsp 30 g Sea Salt

  • 1 tbsp 15 g Garlic Powder

  • 1 tbsp 15 g Dry Sage

  • 1 tbsp 15 g Dry Basil

  • 1 tbsp 15 g Dry Oregano

  • 1 tbsp 15 g Dry Marjoram

  • 1 tbsp 15 Onion Powder

  • 1 tbsp 15 Tyme

  • 1 tbsp 15 g Black Pepper

Directions

  • Combine all the spices in a cup and turn to mix them.
  • Squeeze the lemon in a bowl, add the white wine and 1 rosemary spring, sprinkle 1 tbsp of the seasoning, and let it marinate for 20 min.Marinated Chicken
  • Turn on the oven and set it to 350 F.
  • Get a baking pan and place the chicken in it. Add the extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle the chicken with 2 tbsp of seasoning. Let it cook for 40 minutes.Chicken ready to be baked
  • Dice the yellow potatoes and place them in a bowl with water for 20 min. Change water every 5 minutes.Diced Potatoes
  • When the potatoes are done soaking, wash them thoroughly under cold water and dry them with a paper towel.
  • Season the potatoes with the remaining seasoning and turn them.
  • Place them in the same baking pan with the chicken, turn the potatoes, and let everything cook for another 40 min.
