Ingredients
3 lb 1.5 Chicken Tighs and Drumsticks
3 tbsp 40 g Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 lb 500 g Yellow Potatoes
1 1 Lemon
1/3 cup 80 ml Dry White Wine
4 4 Rosemary springs
2 tbsp 30 g Sea Salt
1 tbsp 15 g Garlic Powder
1 tbsp 15 g Dry Sage
1 tbsp 15 g Dry Basil
1 tbsp 15 g Dry Oregano
1 tbsp 15 g Dry Marjoram
1 tbsp 15 Onion Powder
1 tbsp 15 Tyme
1 tbsp 15 g Black Pepper
Directions
- Combine all the spices in a cup and turn to mix them.
- Squeeze the lemon in a bowl, add the white wine and 1 rosemary spring, sprinkle 1 tbsp of the seasoning, and let it marinate for 20 min.
- Turn on the oven and set it to 350 F.
- Get a baking pan and place the chicken in it. Add the extra virgin olive oil and sprinkle the chicken with 2 tbsp of seasoning. Let it cook for 40 minutes.
- Dice the yellow potatoes and place them in a bowl with water for 20 min. Change water every 5 minutes.
- When the potatoes are done soaking, wash them thoroughly under cold water and dry them with a paper towel.
- Season the potatoes with the remaining seasoning and turn them.
- Place them in the same baking pan with the chicken, turn the potatoes, and let everything cook for another 40 min.
